Q: How long could a stylus be used? When is it time to change a stylus?
A: Generally speaking, it is said that a stylus can be used for 200 hours. The sound quality degradation due to stylus tip wear occurs gradually.
We recommend replacing the needle when the sound is no longer as clear as when it was first used.

Q: I broke the needle tip. Can you repair it?
A: Please get in touch with the retailer where you purchased the product first.

Q: I am having trouble with a stylus skipping.
A: Please check the stylus and vinyl surface for dust, and clean them if they are dirty. Please check that the tracking force and adjust it to the proper level. Please adjust a turntable and a tone arm to flat. If it skips while listening, please adjust anti-skate to match the tracking force.
If it skips while DJing (backspinning or scratching), please set the anti-skate to 0.
